2020.04.20行政院召開「酒店工作紓困振興方案—個人紓困措施」記者會，表示「凡是酒店S公關有需求，甚至任何人、任何酒店打工行業，只要有需求前來申請，基本上政府在防疫這段時間，都會從寬認定，沒有資格限制八大行業。」
針對所謂「酒店PT從寬認定」本會認為衛福部應盡速公布辦法與申請表明列放寬限制為何，勿以對外宣稱「已解決酒店上班公關問題」打迷糊仗、濫開空頭支票，本會提供特種行業從業者不適用現行地方政府急難救助情況供主管機關參考，盼紓困能確實落實於有生計困難之從業者身上。
酒店小姐酒店公關雇傭證明：以公關為例，現地方區公所之急難救助多須出具基於雇傭關係之非自願離職證明，而公關與店家或經紀公司皆無雇傭關係，無法列舉該項證明，建議以薪資單或店家通聯記錄代之。
制服店 禮服店 便服店 直播 傳播 飯局 訪視：且家戶訪視極不利於隱瞞其職業身分之從業者，本會建議為節省行政成本並顧及從業者隱私一律免除訪視程序。
人籍不合一：現急難救助須至申請人戶籍地公所申請，而許多特種行業從業者離鄉背井，工作地與戶籍地不一之情形在所多有，建議放寬以工作所在地公所辦理。
停業證明：目前由中央疫情指揮中心勒令停業之497間酒店、舞廳，除遭稽查違法營業，否則不一定會接獲市政府停業公文，而急難救助要求從業者舉證停業證明極不合理，即便市府確有發公文勒令店家停業，從業者也難以向店家取得該文，故如需停業公文作為佐證，應由地方公所備有停業店家名單查核。
存簿：申請資料應附有存摺與否，針對其影響獲補與否應有明確規範，因從業者係因疫情導致收入中斷而非中、低收入戶申請，應一併考量債務、親屬撫養等其他常態開支，不應僅以交易紀錄或存款作為判斷，且多數從業者薪資支領方式以現金為主，存簿內不會有收入資料。並非公關要求多現行方案不適用。資深酒店經紀表示若公關願「屈就」於現行「充電再出發」或「安心就業計畫」皆可申請，本會再次重申對於任何實際有助於生計之紓困方案從業者均非常歡迎、求之不得，沒有「屈就」問題！惟「充電再出發」、「安心就業計畫」皆針對有僱傭關係之一般減班企業，業界多數公關並非店家或經紀公司僱員，且停業不如減班仍有基本工資保障，尚有「薪資差額」可補助，並不適用於此計畫；即便是現行針對失業勞工之「失業給付」、「子女就學補助」或由政府提供職缺之「安穩僱用」、「短期上工」計畫，公關皆因無僱主投保就業保險或勞保，並不符申請資格。
2020.09.08【酒店小姐】【酒店公關】不敢來酒店上班-酒店打工的原因網紅「游彤葳wei」因用女性視角來分析男女感情，而獲得許多粉絲支持。日前她邀請曾擔任酒店經紀的好友來分享酒店小姐的基本介紹跟工作內容，一般人不會知道的酒店潛規則，說著她也自曝大學期間曾被騙去酒店擔任過領檯，還被扣押證件，獨特經驗掀起酒店小姐酒店公關酒店上班到底都在做麼?網友熱議。游彤葳日前在影片中打電話給畢業後在酒店擔任經紀的同學，對方先是透露：「我都是帶禮服跟便服的店，我沒有帶制服。」接著向游彤葳wei解釋酒店小姐分為「便服、禮服、制服」三大類型，其中便服是最高級的，所以可以穿著便服上班，「只要她覺得好看，客人可以『框』她就好」，而「框」的意思就是可以把小姐帶出去一整天。而禮服就是一排小姐會穿上華麗造型，制服小姐素質則參差不齊，需要在包廂內跟客人聊天，等音樂一下就直接在客人身上熱舞、脫衣服，在第二首音樂響起時，就會直接進行「特殊服務」。而酒店經紀如何跟小姐拆帳也決定了雙方的收入高低，如果小姐每10分鐘賺200元，經紀從中抽50元，厲害的經紀平均一天收入是15000元。也因為收入高得嚇人，脫離需要很大意志力。游彤葳也自曝過去有在酒店擔任過領檯的經驗，一開始真的是單純的領檯工作，酒店也聲稱這是「正經的工作」，但在接待兩組客人後，游彤葳跟朋友開始感覺不對勁，起初酒店方還扣留她們證件不還，好在堅決表示離去的意願後，酒店並未進一步刁難，才讓她們平安脫身。

網路上諸多討論中，對「條通生活」的好奇名列前茅。《華燈初上》為求貼近現實，也在籌拍過程中請來曾為條通小姐、如今已是酒吧「媽媽桑」（日文意指老闆娘）的酒店小姐席耶娜（化名），作為本劇背景指導，並為劇中演員提供服務訓練。跟隨席耶娜的腳步，《多維新聞》夜訪條通商圈，一窺「台灣銀座酒店工作」的時光流轉，捕捉燈紅酒綠下的職人百工。此為系列採訪下篇。
夜世界的精緻規矩談起過往的日式酒店酒店工作生活，席耶娜大笑表示，自己還沒入行前，也有許多「誤會」。20多歲時，因卡債壓身，席耶娜來到條通的日式酒店應徵，並做好了「被帶出場」的賣身準備，小心翼翼問著媽媽桑：「如果要跟客人出去過夜，我可以選帥一點的嗎？」沒想到換來媽媽桑一聲驚呼：「原來你這麼缺錢喔，我們這邊不做這個，要不要幫你介紹其他地方？」如此反應，出乎席耶娜意料。正如上篇採訪所述，條通的日式酒店仿照日本「酒店打工銀座模式」，採「公檯制」，全店為開放式空間、不設包廂，酒店公關會輪桌與客人聊天、喝酒唱歌，「親密互動頂多是牽手、或將手放在客人大腿上，連親嘴都不行」；如遇客人喝醉、藉酒壯膽，開始「一把摟住」的毛手毛腳，小姐也會「酒店上班有技巧」迴避，藉機將客人的手放回腿上，十指交扣。如若情況繼續失控，店內少爺（男服務生）便會出面保護小姐。而憶起初入行的酒店應徵職前訓練，酒店經紀席耶娜仍覺相當辛苦。首先，日文是必備技能，酒店雖會為小姐安排日文課，但師父領進門、修行在個人，小姐若不努力學習，一眼就會被媽媽桑識破。「我剛入行時，只是酒店兼差，專櫃的正職還在繼續，但媽媽桑要求我在3天內背下所有五十音，我連搭公車的時間都不能浪費。」接著便是學唱日語歌，「媽媽桑會拿著卡拉OK歌本考小姐，唱錯了就完蛋。」而除了日文技能外，桌邊服務也是規矩重重。「台灣客人重感覺，日本客人重細節」，席耶娜細數道，客人入座後，小姐首先必須遞上熱毛巾，詢問客人喝酒習慣，日式酒店共有4大喝法：威士忌、威士忌加冰塊、威士忌兌冰水、威士忌兌蘇打水，小姐須在客人答覆偏好後，親自「酒店兼職做酒」，諸如調棒必須轉兩圈半、酒水比例等，皆是細節；乾杯過後，小姐要詢問客人們如何稱呼，寫在小卡置於桌緣，供換桌後的下一輪小姐、來巡桌的媽媽桑辨認，偶爾客人去完廁所回來，位子調動，小卡上的名字也必須跟著換位子，「講錯名字是很失禮的事，會被媽媽桑叫去廚房訓話。」而為與客人有話題，小姐必須時刻關注日本新聞。日式酒店多在夜裡9點營業，小姐們約7點開始梳化妝，8點至店內準備，早年條通能訂到日文報紙，媽媽桑便會在這段時間，把每版頭條念一次給小姐聽，方便其準備話題。另外為營造日式氛圍，店內也會擺放插花，由各小姐輪流負責，「花道」由此成為必修課程，「小原流」、「池坊流」可謂是當年條通最流行的兩種流派。無獨有偶，有時小姐需陪客人外出打球，為此媽媽桑也會安排高爾夫球課，供小姐學習。
